Sebastiana Bradstreet, Esq. is a litigation attorney in the Virginia Beach office of Melone Hatley, P.C. Bringing more than six years of diverse legal experience to her role, she offers clients compassionate guidance and strategic representation in family law matters. Her background spans bankruptcy, estate planning, divorce, and real estate – experience that gives her a broad perspective on the complex financial and personal issues often involved in family law cases.
Sebastiana’s legal career has been built on helping individuals and families navigate challenging life transitions. She has represented clients in divorce proceedings, prepared comprehensive estate plans to protect their futures, and guided them through sensitive financial issues. Her ability to interpret complex laws and translate them into actionable solutions allows her to tailor her approach to each client’s circumstances.
Throughout her career, Sebastiana has developed a reputation for professionalism and a steadfast commitment to her clients’ best interests. She understands that family law cases involve highly emotional and financial challenges, and she works diligently to ensure her clients feel supported and informed with each step. Her experience managing high-volume caseloads and advocating before the court has honed her ability to remain composed under pressure while delivering effective results.
Sebastiana earned her Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of Law and holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from Olivet Nazarene University. When she’s not advocating for clients, she enjoys contributing to her local community and spending time with family and friends in the Hampton Roads area.
