Jacquelyn F. Gerlach joined the firm in 2023 as a Litigation Attorney. While she was born in Virginia, she grew up a military child and lived all over the world. She came back to Virginia to attend William and Mary for both undergrad and law school. In college, she was a proud member of the APO Service Fraternity and National Government Honor Society and graduated with high honors. She also volunteered and interned at a domestic violence shelter. In law school, she was a member of the Children’s Law Advocacy group and did internships with local, state and federal government entities, as well as the Legal Aid Society.
Jacquelyn is a former prosecutor and has years of litigation experience in both family and criminal law. She is a certified Guardian Ad Litem. She is currently the Vice-President for the Chesterfield Bar Association and serves on the Juvenile & Domestic Relations District Court Bench Bar Committee as well as the Insurance Committee for the Virginia State Bar.
In her spare time, Jacquelyn enjoys travelling the word, as well as spending time with her daughter and rescue dog, Trevor.
