The Norfolk & Portsmouth Bar Association is hosting a networking luncheon on 10/16/205 and Melone Hatley will be in attendance! We invite you to connect with us at this NPBA-sponsored event and meet some wonderful attorneys, while connecting with the best legal organizations in the state of Virginia.

At this luncheon, guests will be entertained and guided by Kiera Hill: a certified sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers and lives in Norfolk, Virginia. She has spent 17 years in the wine industry- retail and restaurants, and has been teaching wine classes and developing wine education programs every chance she gets.

After the luncheon, we’ll be joined by Kellam T. Parks, Esq. of Parks Zeigler, PLLC at the post-luncheon event who will discuss the legal framework of cybersecurity planning and required notifications upon a breach, practical cyber tips to maximize technical protections, and the ethical duties surrounding technology use & client data.
