Cassidy Millard

Cassidy Millard, Esq. is a skilled litigation attorney based in the San Antonio office of Melone Hatley, P.C. With a strong focus on family law, Cassidy brings a client-centered approach, backed by years of hands-on experience in and out of the courtroom. Her dedication to advocating for families in transition is evident through her strategic representation and compassionate counsel.

Cassidy began her legal career at a national family law firm, where she quickly advanced from law clerk to associate attorney and then litigation attorney. Her work has consistently focused on family law, guiding clients through complex legal matters with clarity and determination. Prior to law school, she gained valuable experience working as a legal assistant, developing her attention to detail and interpersonal skills. 

Cassidy earned her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, where she was a Dean’s Scholarship recipient. During law school, she actively contributed to the community through pro bono service, including work with Texas Rio Grande Legal Aid and the Family Law Clinic at St. Mary’s Center for Legal and Social Justice. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, cum laude, from Texas State University in San Marcos.
