Phillip Lecky

Phillip spent his formative years in northern Virginia. Upon graduating from the University of Virginia, he enrolled at William & Mary’s law school. While at William & Mary, he served as Parliamentarian with the Black Law Students Association, and on the Business Law Review.

Prior to joining Melone Hatley, PC, Phillip represented various clients in a number of family law and estate matters including high net worth divorce, custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, protective orders, and drafting of wills. Further, with his background in Economics, Phillip has been able to help many of his clients with business valuations, distribution of martial assets, imputation of income and many other economic issues.

Phillip is a member of the Virginia State Bar, and has been a member of the National Black Lawyers Top 40 under 40 for 2020 through 2021 and 2021 through 2022.
