Attorney Bio


Morris began his career as a litigation attorney, practicing law in Virginia since graduating from William and Mary Law School in 2018. From the onset, he also bolstered his background in family law by assisting in guardian ad litem work for minor children. Morris has represented clients in diverse practice areas, such as civil suits, insurance defense, creditors rights, business representation and real estate. He understands that family law matters require a well-rounded and holistic approach to the law, confidently and compassionately assisting clients set expectations and reach their goals.

While in law school, Morris served on the William and Mary Diversity and Inclusion Committee, held positions within the W.C. Jefferson Chapter of the Black Law Students Association, served as his 1L Class Representative, and contributed to the Business Law Journal. In addition, Morris found time to volunteer regularly at Hampton Roads Ecumenical Lodging & Provisions, a faith-based rotating homeless shelter and food kitchen.

Morris graduated with Honors from Hampton University with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Leadership from the William R. Harvey Leadership Institute. He also was a Hampton University student-athlete, a football player and three-year starter for the university, named to the Virginia Sports Information Directors Academic All-State Team.

Morris is originally from New York but has found a home in Virginia for the last 12 years. When not serving the needs of his clients, he’s usually either training kickboxing in his free time or playing with his Maltese pup, Fluffy. He also enjoys meditation and bible study regularly.
