Marcus joined the firm in April 2021 as a Litigation Attorney. He has experience trying cases all over the Commonwealth of Virginia but wanted to join a firm that focused on a client-first approach to cases.
Marcus understands the stress and anxiety that naturally comes along with divorce, custody, and criminal cases, and works around the clock to guarantee that his clients stay up to date with their matters. After collecting as much information as he can, he presents an honest and straightforward case evaluation and works hand in hand with his clients to best achieve their goals. He prioritizes his responsiveness, and you can guarantee that he will return any call or email within 24 hours of a business week.
When he is not serving his clients, Marcus enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife, Arielle. In their free time, the two of them coach the Trial Advocacy Board’s competition team at Regent University School of Law. During law school, he won two national championships at the Stetson Pretrial Competition, each time receiving Best Advocate awards.
He was Chairman of the Trial Advocacy Board and enjoyed helping young law students with their trial skills. Before law school, he was a four-year starter on Randolph-Macon College football team, capped off by his team winning the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Championship his senior year.
