Brian O’Laughlin

Brian is a native of Richmond and has been practicing since 2011. He specializes in family law and criminal defense. His passion for helping others has also led him to become certified as a Guardian Ad Litem for children.

He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from James Madison University in 2006. Shortly after realizing his passion was helping individuals with their legal complications, he changed career paths. He graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in Baltimore, Maryland in 2010.

In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors and staying active. When he is not in the office or the courtroom, you can find him near the water or hiking on the local trails with his dog. He has a love for traveling and spending time with his loved ones. His zest for life is contagious and he makes it a goal to make the best of every single day.
