Attorney Bio
JeBria Wilson, Esq. is a family law, divorce, and litigation attorney in the Columbia, SC office of Melone Hatley, P.C., where she brings a well-rounded legal background shaped by courtroom advocacy, public service, and complex litigation – experience that allows her to guide clients through emotionally charged family law matters with compassion, clarity, and strength.
JeBria draws on her extensive experience within South Carolina’s family court system, particularly in cases involving children and high-conflict dynamics. Prior to joining Melone Hatley, she served as a Family Court Assistant Solicitor with the Fifth Judicial Circuit Solicitor’s Office, where she made charging and disposition decisions and worked closely with judges, families, and community partners to pursue rehabilitative and protective outcomes for youth. In addition to her public service work, JeBria has experience in civil litigation, where she represented clients in complex legal matters and dispute resolution. This strong foundation has strengthened her litigation skills, legal strategy development, and client advocacy, tools she now applies to her family law practice and her skills as a divorce attorney in Columbia, SC.
Outside of her legal work, JeBria remains actively involved in community and professional organizations focused on youth advocacy, justice reform, and leadership development. She served on the South Carolina Governor’s Juvenile Justice Advisory Council and was a member of the Richland County Anti-Human Trafficking Taskforce. JeBria is also involved with DRI, a national litigation organization, where she contributes to initiatives supporting diversity, mentorship, and professional development within the legal community.
